Yousaytoo Affiliate Program Terms of Service

To be an authorized affiliate of www.yousaytoo.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Terminology:

Company - LLC "Net Management", registered in the Latvian Republic (EU), reg nr. 40003526415, address Liepajas str. 78a, Riga that are the owners of www.yousaytoo.com.

Partner - a physical person that is an affiliate and/or a user of the www.yousaytoo.com website that according to this agreement will be referring new active registered users to yousaytoo.com that makes the partner eligible of getting remuneration accordingly.

Affiliate - is the partner that solely focuses on getting new active registered users to yousaytoo.com during the validity of this agreement.

Active Registered User - is a referred user (either by a partner or an affiliate) that during this agreement has made no less than 10 blog entries and/or 30 buzzers and/or 20 comments and/or has added a blog(s) (The added blog(s) that has been running for 6 months or longer and was approved by the yousaytoo administrator). The user must be active on the website for no less than 30 days and meet all of YouSayToo's Terms of Use and this agreement demands.

The Partner of YouSayToo agrees on the following terms:

1. Partners and/or Affiliates obligations:


1.1. Follow YouSayToo's Terms of Use with all of its attachments that are an integral part of this agreement and follow the rules of this agreement.
1.2 The partner/affiliate has to input only valid information during account registration, such as name/surname, address, AdSense ID number, full address, e-mail and other contact details.
1.3 The partner/affiliate can only register one account. Fraud accounts will be terminated without prior notice.
1.4 The partner/affiliate that is eligible for remuneration needs to have a valid PayPal account that has to be input into the affiliate's profile.
1.5 In case the partner/affiliate wants to use Google AdSense as a way of remuneration, a correct AdSense ID must be input.
1.6 In case the partners/affiliates sensitive information is changed, YouSayToo administration has to be informed no later than 2 days after changes take effect - via e-mail or by Private Messaging the user "yousaytoo" within the website.
1.7 The partner/affiliate confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old.
1.8 The partner/affiliate agrees to refer users to YouSayToo.com using the Affiliate Program according to this agreement.
1.9 The partner/affiliate understands that spam is illegal and will not use any illegal methods for generating traffic that will result in banishment from the Affiliate Program without prior notice.
1.10 The partner/affiliate fully understands that artificial referral generation will lead to banishment from the Affiliate Program without prior notice.
1.11 The referred active registered users have to comply with the Terms of Use of YouSayToo.com and this agreement.
1.12 The referred affiliates have to comply with the Terms of Use of YouSayToo.com and this agreement.
1.13 Referred active registered users have to create unique and non-copied content and are responsible for all copyright issues themselves. If the company has financial losses because of copyright issues, the registered user who is responsible for that content has to compensate all spent funds.
1.14 The partner/affiliate fully understands that submitting artificially generated blogs will lead to banishment from the Affiliate Program without prior notice.

2. Payouts

2.1 In case the partner/affiliate meets all the conditions of this agreement and has referred real active registered users and/or affiliates that meet the demands of this agreement, he/she can ask for remuneration according to this agreement.
2.2 The company transfers the remuneration to the partner/affiliates PayPal account and/or using Google Adsense.
2.3 The minimum payout is $150. If that amount hasn't been reached, the company is not obligated to pay any remuneration.
2.4 Payments will be made within 30 days after the initial minimum payout has been reached and all the conditions/demands of this agreement and YouSayToo's Terms of Use and all of its attachments have been met. Prior to the initial payout, the Company inspects all of the partners/affiliates activity (their referred active users, affiliates and nature of their traffic, quality of content (added blogs, posts, comments, buzzers) and other parameters) in order to prevent fraud.
2.4.1 The Company doesn't pay the partner/affiliate in case of:
- fraud active registered users
- fraud referred affiliates/partners
- fraud traffic
- if the referred users/affiliates/partners violate the Terms of Use of YouSayToo and/or all of its attachments and this agreement.
- added blog(s) has been running for less than 6 months and if the yousaytoo administrator does not approve this blog
- the added blog is not written in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian
- fraud content
- added blog generates less than 2 entry per week
- partner/affiliate has input invalid information in his/her account. (see 1.2)
- etc.

2.5 All payments that will be made according to this agreement will be counted as remuneration for referring new users to the site, thus making the site more visible in the web space. Therefore partners/affiliates provide marketing services to the Company. The partner/affiliate is responsible for all taxes and commissions for transactions from the payments.
2.6 In case any government agency obligates the company to pay taxes from the remuneration sum, the company will pay the taxes to the agency and the partner/affiliate will get what's left of that sum.
2.7 The company has the right to hold remuneration payouts if there is any suspicion that the partner/affiliate has violated this agreement of YouSayToo's Terms of Use. The company will inspect the potential violations and if they are confirmed, payments will be terminated and not paid without notice.
2.8 Remuneration is paid only during the time when this agreement is valid.

3. Payment Programs

The partner/affiliate can take part in any of the programs at the same time. Remuneration is paid out only once the minimum payout of $150 is reached. AdSense ad impression remuneration is paid out without reaching any limits.

A bonus of $50 is added to the partners/affiliates' balance after registering in the Affiliate Program. These $50 can be paid out only when the initial payout limit of $150 is reached.

3.1 Revshare

3.1.1 When partners/affiliates use revshare as their remuneration option, they get percentages of ad views (via Google AdSense) generated by the users they referred. The amount of generated views by the users they referred depends on the amount of traffic to their content.
3.1.2 If the partner/affiliate refers active registered users, he will get 15% from their ad views.
3.1.3 Revshare is paid only if the partner/affiliate has input his Adsense ID Info. If the affiliates/partners Adsense ID info is missing or the ID has been blocked for whatever reason, revshare is not paid to that affiliate/partner.

3.2 Per Active Registered User Payouts

3.2.1 The partner/affiliate that decides to use this payment program will get up to $8 for every Active Registered User:
3.2.1.1 The partner/affiliate gets $5 per a Referred Active Registered User who added his/her blog(s) (at least 5 entries from the blog must be posted on yousaytoo within 18 days. The added blog must have a pagerank of 1 or higher, has been running for 6 months or longer and the blog was approved by the yousaytoo administrator).
3.2.1.2 The partner/affiliate gets $3 per a Referred Active Registered User who added his/her blog(s) (at least 5 entries from the blog must be posted on yousaytoo within 18 days. The added blog must have been running for 6 months or longer and the blog was approved by the yousaytoo administrator).
3.2.1.3 The partner/affiliate gets $1 if the Referred Active Registered User has made at least 10 posts and has been active for at least 30 days.
3.2.1.4 The partner/affiliate gets $1 if the Referred Active Registered User has made at least 30 buzzers and has been active for at least 30 days.
3.2.1.5 The partner/affiliate gets $1 if the Referred Active Registered User has made at least 20 comments to posts (at least 50 characters) and has been active for at least 30 days.

3.2.2 The affiliate/partner needs to have a valid PayPal account to join this program, otherwise per active user payments will not be paid out. In order to claim the payment a limit of $150 has to be reached.
3.2.3 The mentioned $5 and $3 per user who added a blog(s) (see 3.2.1.1 & 3.2.1.2) is only valid until yousaytoo receives 1,000 added blogs. After 1,000 the price per added blog will be $2.

4. Misc

4.1 The Company is not associated in any ways with either Google AdSense and/or PayPal and is not responsible their actions and does not guarantee their payment obligations.
4.2 No advice or information, whether oral or written, you obtain from us or through the site shall create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in this Terms of Service.
4.3 This agreement becomes valid once the partner/affiliate signs up to the Affiliate Program.
4.4 The Parties shall resolve any disputes and conditions not stipulated in the Agreement by means of negotiations. Should no agreement be resolved through negotiation, arguments arising between the Parties shall be resolved at court in the manner prescribed in the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia, by lodging a complaint to a competent court institution at the Republic of Latvia according to the Company's legal office.
4.5 The Company has the right to change these Agreements and all of its attachments at any time and at its own discretion. Yousaytoo Affiliate Program Terms of Service
